Move Well Before You Move More

Having gone through and overcoming my own debilitating back injury that hindered even the simplest tasks like picking something up from the floor, has instilled in me a strong focus on technique and form. My philosophy centres around prioritising movement quality over quantity - ensuring that all my clients build a solid foundation.

Observing the fitness industry firsthand, I’ve noticed a concerning trend: people often sacrifice movement quality for more reps, heavier weights, shorter rest times, and larger group classes — all without proper foundation & guidance, creating a vicious cycle of burning fuel just to stay in the race, only to regain it while injured or depleted.

Building on these experiences, I take pride in delivering a service that emphasises attention to detail and long-term progress, steering clear of unimaginative ‘one-size-fits-all’ coaching.

My mission goes beyond transforming your appearance; it extends to transforming how you move, think, and feel by understanding the intricate link between how we move, our ability to rest and de-stress, and the impact of nutrition on our overall well-being, resulting in a stronger, more mobile body ready for life’s challenges.
